We agree to provide our Comfort Club members with a complete precision tune-up and professional cleaning annually as described below for your heating and/or air conditioning equipment.
Our Comfort Club program average $140.00 annually plus accessories like filters, etc.

Procedures Include:
Clean and Adjust Burner, Clean Ignition Assembly, Clean Heat Exchanger or Elements and Monitor Flue Draft. Adjust Operating Pressures, Monitor Starting Capabilities, Test Safety Controls and Check or Replace Air Filters.
Check and Adjust Blower Components, Tighten Electrical Connections, Measure Volts/Amps on Motors, Lubricate All Moving Parts, Check Thermostat Calibration, Inspect Evaporator Coil if accessible, Clean Condenser Coil and Clean Condensate Drains.
All Comfort Club Members receive: 10% off all repairs, 10% off all parts and labor - No overtime charge. We will respond on nights, weekends or holidays for club members only. 24 hour Emergency Service on Heating related problems only.
