A Little History of Beaver Heating & Air
Beaver Air Conditioning was started 32 years ago by Brad Beaver after a number of years in the business working for other companies. A few years into the business they started to specialize in Geothermal Heat Pump installations with earth loops. This was cutting edge heating and air conditioning systems for the period and over the years geothermal systems have developed into the most efficient of systems for homes and commercial applications.
Beaver Air Conditioning moved into the new home construction area in the 80’s and began installing many different brands of furnaces, air conditioning and heat pumps for the building contractors of Hamilton County. In 1988 Bob Reed joined the company and Beaver Heating and Cooling was incorporated.
As we moved into the 90’s our focus changed to primarily service and replacement work for homeowners in Noblesville and all of Hamilton County. Many of the homes that were built in the 1980’s building boom were now approaching the age of requiring repair or replacement.
Today Beaver Heating and Cooling services all brands of furnaces and air conditioners and installs primarily Carrier residential systems. We supply humidification, air cleaning and duct cleaning as well. We still specialize in Geothermal Heat Pump installations which are a large part of the business and it is growing more and more.
